A 4-storey guest house located in A.S. Fortuna St. Mandaue City with street access to public transportation and to Cebu's must-see destinations. It is owned & managed by a Japanese National according to strict Japanese hotel standards. The Filipino Staff are well-trained in hospitality best-business practices. Guest House Nodoka is an ideal spot from which to discover Cebu.
